Mr. Alex Balogh , , Advisory Board Member

Mr. Balogh is the former Chairman and CEO of Falconbridge Ltd., Deputy Chairman of Noranda Inc. and CEO of Noranda Minerals Inc. He has served as Chairman, International Council on Metals and the Environment (ICME), Chairman, Council of Mining and Metallurgical Institutes, Director, Mining Association of Canada, and as a member of other not for profit national and international organizations. Mr. Balogh also sits on The Sentient Council, an advisory body to The Sentient Group, and is a current member of the Advisory Board of Hatch Associates. Mr. Balogh has at various times sat on the Board of Directors of fifteen listed companies. Mr. Balogh is a metallurgical engineer and has more than 40 years of experience in the mining and metallurgical industry.

Mr. Edward D. Ford , , C.A , Advisory Board Member

A Chartered Accountant, Mr. Ford is a leading specialist in all aspects of venture capital and bridge financing, with more than 40 years of experience creating and implementing financial development plans for client enterprises in Canada and the United States. Edward Ford has designed and managed a wide range of public marketing financing arrangements, private placements, investment syndicates and tax shelter instruments to fund the growth programs of client companies. He specializes in organizing emerging companies for their first public financing arrangements, and providing interim "seed" capital, developing financial control and management systems, designing capital structure, and managing all legal, regulatory and marketing functions preparatory to a public offering. He has extensive experience in securities markets, working with companies listed on the Canadian stock exchanges, and NASDAQ in the United States. He is a recognized authority on market-making and after-market management.

Dr. Tony Naldrett , , Ph.D. , Advisory Board Member

Dr. Naldrett is a member of the Company’s Advisory Board. He is presently professor emeritus at the University of Toronto, after a career spanning more than forty years. Dr. Naldrett’s research has focused on magmatic sulphide deposits, the magmas from which they have formed, the origin of these magmas in the mantle, the chemistry controlling the segregation of sulphides from the magma, and the subsequent separation of minerals from the cooling sulphides that are important in the beneficiation of the ores. He has been on the ground of all the significant nickel sulphide deposits in the world. His understanding of these very complex systems is unparalleled and this remarkable on the ground experience has resulted in his authoring, or co-authoring, over 240 refereed papers and 8 books. He has also served as President of the Mineralogical Association of Canada, the Society of Economic Geologists, the International Mineralogical Association and the Geological Society of America and as Chairman of UNESCO’s International Geological Cooperation Programme.

Mr. Ole Christiansen, M.Sc. , , Advisory Board Member

Ole Christiansen holds an MSc in Geology from the University of Aarhus, Denmark (1990) and has more than 25 years of experience of mineral exploration in Greenland. Ole has held various positions with Nunaoil A/S, Ujarak Minerals ApS, Greenland Business Development Corp., and subsequently the “Minerals Office” (before the creation of BMP) at the Government of Greenland. Since 1999, Ole has been the President and CEO of Nuna Minerals A/S.

Mr. Mark Thompson , , Advisory Board Member

Mr. Thompson is a metals and mining specialist and has extensive knowledge of the mining sector in both public and private markets. Mr. Thompson is currently the executive Chairman of Treliver Minerals Ltd, non-executive Director of TSX-V listed Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc and holds a number of other directorships in private companies engaged in mineral exploration. He is a former Chief Investment Officer and co-founder of Galena Asset Management Ltd, the fund management arm of Trafigura Beheer b.v., and partner at Apollo Management, one of the world's largest alternative asset managers. Mark holds a masters degree in Physics from Oxford University.
