Dr. Mark Fedikow

Mr. Mark Fedikow has more than 40 years of industry and government experience as an exploration geochemist and mineral deposits geologist. He has worked for major and junior mining exploration companies and the Manitoba Geological Survey completing his employment at the Survey as Chief Geologist of the Mineral Deposits Section. In 2001, Mr. Fedikow was the recipient of the Provincial Geologists Medal, a Canadian national award for outstanding geoscientific achievement. He has successfully applied partial and selective extraction geochemical technologies including the Mobile Metal Ions Process (MMI) in exploration programs for lode and placer gold, base metal massive sulphide, platinum group metals, magmatic nickel-copper, porphyry copper deposits and kimberlite / carbonatite in a variety of geological settings and overburden environments globally. Mr. Fedikow has published numerous articles on mineral deposits and their geochemical expressions in rock, soil and vegetation sample media. He is a Fellow of the Association of Applied Geochemists.

Mr. John Chisholm

Mr. John Chisholm is a senior financial executive with over 30 years of investment experience. As a senior executive of Merrill Lynch and CIBC Wood Gundy, he has participated in over 100 IPO's. Mr. Chisholm is a founder of Temex Resources, Forsys Metals, Carta Worldwide, and Land Administration Company, where he currently serves as executive chairman. He is also one of the founders of PNRL, where he serves on the board as a director. As a graduate of the University of Guelph in economics, he is well-positioned to help guide companies with respect to raising funds for large projects. He has been involved in raising over $200-million for various companies and has an extensive list of worldwide contacts in both the mining and technology sector.

Mr. Sheldon Inwentash

Mr. Sheldon Inwentash has more than 30 years of investing experience and has been instrumental in raising $15 billion for his portfolio companies over the last 20 years. He co-founded Visible Genetics, the first commercial pharmacogenomics company, in 1994 and exited in 2001 to Bayer. Through two decades leading Pinetree Capital, Mr. Inwentash created significant shareholder value through early investments in Queenston Mining (acquired by Osisko Mining Corp. for $550 million), Aurelian Resources (acquired by Kinross for $1.2 billion) and Gold Eagle Mines (acquired by Goldcorp for $1.5 billion) to name a few. Sheldon has been an active investor in and advisor for various companies in Africa such as AfriOre Platinum Ltd. taken over by Lonmin (South Africa), Auryx Gold Corp. combined with B2 Gold Corp. (Namibia), Caledonia Mining Corporation (Zimbabwe) and others. Mr. Inwentash obtained his B.Comm from the University of Toronto and is a Chartered Accountant/Certified Professional Accountant. In 2007, he was an Ontario finalist for the Ernst & Young entrepreneur of the year award. In 2012, Mr. Inwentash received an honorary degree, doctor of laws (LL.D) from the University of Toronto for his valuable leadership as an entrepreneur, his philanthropy, and inspirational commitment to making a difference in the lives of children, youth and their families.

Mr. Arnoldus Brand

Mr. Brand, is a Namibian entrepreneur with 12 years of experience working on major construction and mining projects in Africa. As an experienced commodity Trader/Broker, Arno has been involved in numerous public transactions and company financings.

Mr. Arno Brand is currently President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at Gratomic, Inc., a resources company operating the Aukam Graphite Project in southern Namibia. He also holds positions at Boswell Capital Corp. and Valley Mining One Corp. He has served as a director and/or officer of several public and private companies. Arno attended Technical School with a qualifying trade in Fitting and turning and Basic Engineering. He also completed an apprenticeship in project management and site management in civil sub surface construction.

Mr. John Sabine, BA, LLB

Mr. John Sabine is Senior Counsel to Bennett Jones LLP and has formerly served as a partner of several other leading Canadian law firms. Mr. Sabine is widely recognized as one of Canada’s leading corporate, mining and securities lawyers and has over 40 years of legal expertise in mining, corporate reorganizations, securities, financings and mergers and acquisitions. In addition to advising public companies and investment banks, Mr. Sabine has served as a director of a number of public and private companies. Mr. Sabine is a graduate of Western University and a member of the Law Society of Ontario.

Ms. Patricia (Patti) Tirschmann, HBSc., M.Sc., P. Geo.

Ms. Tirschmann has 25 years of exploration experience specializing in magmatic nickel-copper sulphide deposits. Most recently, Patti served for six years as Vice President, Exploration for Continental Nickel Limited where she assembled and led the exploration team which discovered and delineated new nickel sulphide zones and established NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimates at the Ntaka Hill project in Tanzania. Prior to joining Continental Nickel, Patti worked for over eighteen years with Falconbridge Limited/Xstrata plc in various roles including Senior Geologist, International Nickel Sulphide Exploration. She has extensive experience developing, implementing and supervising exploration programs in the major Canadian nickel belts of Sudbury, Thompson and Raglan and has international experience comprising projects in Norway, Greenland, Alaska, Chile, Australia and Tanzania. Patti possesses graduate and post-graduate degrees in Geological Sciences from the University of Manitoba and is a registered professional geoscientist in the Province of Ontario.

Mr. Alex Balogh

Mr. Balogh is the former Chairman and CEO of Falconbridge Ltd., Deputy Chairman of Noranda Inc. and CEO of Noranda Minerals Inc. He has served as Chairman, International Council on Metals and the Environment (ICME), Chairman, Council of Mining and Metallurgical Institutes, Director, Mining Association of Canada, and as a member of other not for profit national and international organizations. Mr. Balogh also sits on The Sentient Council, an advisory body to The Sentient Group, and is a current member of the Advisory Board of Hatch Associates. Mr. Balogh has at various times sat on the Board of Directors of fifteen listed companies. Mr. Balogh is a metallurgical engineer and has more than 40 years of experience in the mining and metallurgical industry.

Mr. Ole Christiansen, M.Sc.

Ole Christiansen holds an MSc in Geology from the University of Aarhus, Denmark (1990) and has more than 25 years of experience of mineral exploration in Greenland. Ole has held various positions with Nunaoil A/S, Ujarak Minerals ApS, Greenland Business Development Corp., and subsequently the “Minerals Office” (before the creation of BMP) at the Government of Greenland. Since 1999, Ole has been the President and CEO of Nuna Minerals A/S.

Mr. Mark Thompson

Mr. Thompson is a metals and mining specialist and has extensive knowledge of the mining sector in both public and private markets. Mr. Thompson is currently the executive Chairman of Treliver Minerals Ltd, non-executive Director of TSX-V listed Margaret Lake Diamonds Inc and holds a number of other directorships in private companies engaged in mineral exploration. He is a former Chief Investment Officer and co-founder of Galena Asset Management Ltd, the fund management arm of Trafigura Beheer b.v., and partner at Apollo Management, one of the world's largest alternative asset managers. Mark holds a masters degree in Physics from Oxford University.
